Rachael embarked on the express 6 week course in September 2006

How does it work?

The 12 week course is broken down into 3 sessions a week, each lasting 60 minutes.

Each week your progress is monitored through fitness and health testing.

Weeks 1-4

Base cardiovascular training- looking to create a calorie deficit working within a fat burning zone to reduce bodyfat and improve fitness

Core conditioning- flattens and tones those stomach muscles, and teaches you to vacuum in that waste line

Flexibility- improving posture and rebalancing the body to give you that long and lean figure

Nutrition- what you eat is what you are, we will introduce healthy eating and a controlled diet regime (and we’ll even do the shopping with you)

Weeks 5-9

As above with

Toning- introduction of weight training to kick-start your metabolism and sculpt those perfect curves

Weeks 10-12

As above and we pick up the tempo with

High intensity toning exercises and fitness work

How much?

The 12 week course includes

  • 3 one to one personal training sessions a week for 12 weeks
  • Free fitness testing every week (body composition, weight, lung function, fitness tests, flexibility & postural assessment, circumferential measurements, resting heart rate and more)
  • Nutritional programs and guidance
  • A fully qualified instructor, r.e.p.s registered and insured.

Where do I train?

Training can be at your home or work place, alternatively at gym locations in east Sussex and Kent.
