Pilates is a series of exercises, which involves working muscles from the inside out. This approach means changing the way our bodies have become accustomed to working due to lifestyle, occupation, stress and injuries. Pilates helps re-educate the brain and how it controls the muscles by adjusting the firing order in which the muscles are recruited, in turn correcting muscular imbalances, restoring good alignment and posture, bringing back homeostasis within the body’s systems and maximising energy efficiency.

One to one sessions are available from home or a small studio room in the centre of Tunbridge wells
Group mat work classes (60 minute session)
Class of 2-3: £35
Class of 4-6: £50
