A good programme underlines performance.

Whether you are looking to peak for a world championship, or run your first road race, a well contructed programme can be the difference between between success and enjoyment, or under-performance and injury.

No one programme is the same. We are all individuals and have very different lives. A programme should be adaptable and specific to our lifestyles.

Over my years of competing, I have experienced a few highs and certainly my fair share of lows. I now understand what makes a good programme, having been under the wing of other coaches, some with elements of success and others not so.

My experience has brought me to a position of coordinator for an athletes performance programme, developing programmes for young athletes of various sports. My expertises are in running, duathlon and to a lesser extent triathlon.

I offer the following programmes;

Rolling programmes paid weekly- £8.00
Single one offs for 6 weeks-  £40.00

Programmes include initial free phone or SKYPE consultation.
